Refreshed myvmware Portal Support Page

Its been a little bit since I have had to log a support case with GSS. When I logged in I was greeted with the new support page interface. I am digging it for sure so far, its pretty streamlined. I figured id make a quick rundown of a case creation ๐Ÿ™‚

As you select support from the myvmware page you are presented with the aforementioned. VMware does give you the option to use legacy support, if you so choose.

From here, type as much detail as you can to give GSS and idea of your problem.

Next step, is to select your specific product, that you are having an issue with.

You can filter by product to easily find the item you are looking for.

Severity selection is your next step.

Based on product, your issue type information may vary on the dropdown.

Lastly add any files, logs etc that can be helpful to GSS.
